Our Garments are personalized and made to order with your style and measurements. We would require your body sizes as well as style and details to customize your Bespoke order. please check out the Measurement guide and style reference page before you submit your custom order. 

Shipping policy

We ship free on all orders over $250 within the United States. For order below this value shipping costs will be at a flat rate of $18 (regardless of the number of products). Our Shipping partners are USPS. UPS & FedEx. Expedite Shipping is subjected to system generated additional cost. 

Delivery time is 21-30 days from the date of payment. The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors the delivery date could be different as the confirmed date. BRCC guarantees delivery except in situations, events or circumstances that are beyond our control (customer is not available, adverse weather conditions, errors in shipping information, legal procedures, public holidays, global pandemic, etc.). 

We ship to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, & UK.  

Customer is responsible for any custom or duty charges. System generated shipping cost will be added at the checout.

Each Suit is handmade specifically to your measurements and body type. Generally you will receive your suit within 3 to 5 weeks of purchase. it may take long due to fabric availability and processing time from the fabric warehouse.

Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and the had payment received .

Returns and Adjustments

To start the return process for your suit, please send a message to our customer service department (Contact Us Page link). They will respond shortly with the necessary steps. Since the garments are personalized by you we do not offer any refund.

If there are adjustments needed on your garments and want us to preform the task please send the garments back to our office in Irvine CA. We recomend use the traceable shipping mathod. 

We will reimburse up to $75 for alterations made after purchase with a valid receipt.

To reclaim your reimbursement for alterations made after purchase you will need the receipt from the tailor. Contact our customer service department (Contact Us Page link) and send the copy of your receipt to us. We will process your reimbursement promptly.
